This product is designed for restaurant, supermarket, hotel or residential apartment to treat kitchen wastes; 

for food factory to treat food wastes, for livestock farm to treat manure and agriculture wastes.

Structure: 

The product is composed mainly of a food waste shredder with a material collecting tank, a first stage anaerobic reactor, a second stage anaerobic reactor, a third stage anaerobic reactor , a biogas desulphurization device, a biogas storage bag, a Console and a large biogas stove. 

The anaerobic reactor is constructed of double layer of stainless steel plates with 5cm thick foam insulation layer installed between, and it has the an electric heater, a temperature controlling device，a pH value controlling system and a mechanic stirring device installed. The volume of a single anaerobic reactor is 3m³, and total volume of the anaerobic reactor is 9m³

How to improve feed efficiency in broiler?

The cost of feed for broiler farming accounts for about 70% of its feeding cost. In 

order to effectively improve feed utilization, farmers need to start with broiler

feeding management for feed utilization in daily:

Choosing The design of trough size and depth according to the variety of chicken. 

The location of the trough should be appropriate, the upper edge of the trough will

 be 2cm higher than the chicken back, to prevent from feed wasted.

Choose food Diet with no residue, pollution-free, environment-friendly feed ingredients and additives. All ingredients, protein, energy, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients are determined according to chicken variety, age, size, male and female. All the types of raw materials will be diversified; the best young broiler feed is commodity pellets feed. After heat supply,  broiler feed will be changed to meet nutrient needs for the chicken in all stages.

Form a good Feeding habits with regular quantitative feeding each time, and also 

feed less and feed many times. a feeding amount should be not more than 1/3 of the trough depth.

Deworming regularly to reduce the ineffective feed input. Regular feeding pellet feed is conducive to the digestion and absorption of feed, and this can save feed, reduce waste. Experiments show that regular feeding sand, digestibility can be increased by 3% to 10%.

Make a Good feed storage.

Feed should be placed in a well ventilated, dry, dark place to prevent feed oxidation, 

rotten metamorphosis, rats, black steal and other waste. Chicken Farm should Eliminate Mice regularly ; easy-moldy feed should be stored with good-ventilation and moisture-proof, and also natural dry feed regular drying or put adding antifungal agents.

Note that stress-induced has a more extensive bad effect on chickens. In the case of feed, chickens may only eat food and without production performance, and chicken farm should minimize adverse stimuli.

If nutrition is not comprehensive, it will inevitably lead to increased feed intake to make up for a lack of nutrients, and it will result in feed waste. Therefore, please offer a balanced nutrients chicken feed to maximize feed-meat conversion rate.

Offer Light control , For reasonable lighting time can ensure nutrient supply, but also improve feed conversion rate, thus reducing feed waste.

Comfortable temperature, if temperature is not comfortable, and this will increase in feed intake of chicken. Therefore, farmers will offer heat supply in winter,  and effective cooling system in summer, and strive to control the most comfortable temperature to improve feed-meat conversion rate.

Broiler Feed time to a fixed weight has been falling at one day every year.

Most of the world markets focus on a two kilogram live broiler yielding a 1.5 kg dressed chicken. A 2 kg bird, which was reared in 42 days in 2010, is ready for the market in 37 days or less in 2015. With a 35 day growing cycle, broiler production has become a very attractive enterprise in many countries.

  

So it is important for Broiler Farmers to know how many grams of food his broilers consume each day, because this will decide how big his purse will be in future.

(Take Ross 308 for example)

A-1, Before10 days, food intake increase by 4grams per day,

For example: 7days broiler will take 7*4grams=28grams

A-2, 11 days—20 days. The food intake: [(Day-2)/10]*50grams

For example: 15 days chicken will take: [(15-2)/10]*50=65grams

A-3, 21days—30 days, the food intake: [(Day-1)/10]*50grams

For example: 26 days chicken will take: [(26-1)/10]*50=125grams

A-4, 30days-40 days, the food intake: (Day/10)*50grams

 For example: 35 days chicken will take:35/10*50=175grams

A-5,  After 40 days, the food intake is stable, about 200grams per day,

So according to the above calcualtion, each chicken will intake 4.5kgs,

and body weight will reach 2.5kgs per bird. So in China, the Broilers

will be sold out before 40 days.

What to do after the debeaking  of your chicken？

We all know beaking trimming is most painful moment for chicken in their life.
What can we do to help your chicken to pass this hard time? We can we feed them to help them feel better after debeaking?

Here is the tip:
We should pay attention to anti-stress and stop bleeding, but we also have to add extra vitamin C and vitamin K3 in the daily feed.

Why should we increase Vitamin C & Vitamin K3?
Vitamin K3 is a coenzyme of the clotting factor Y-carboxylase. If lack of Vitamin K3 in  the body, clotting time will be prolonged, or severe bleeding, or even death. In addition to hemostasis, vitamin K3 has other pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, antidiarrheal, antipyretic, analgesic etc.

One or two days prior to beak trimming,  increasing vitamin K3 to the diet will shortened blood clotting time and prevented bleeding, and reducing the mortality of chicks. Dosing quantity is  0.5 mg / kg according to body weight.

The medicines, like sulfonamides and antibiotics, in chicken feed can cause vitamin K deficiency. Because these medicines can inhibit the absorption of vitamin K. Its performance is subcutaneous hemorrhage, hematoma formation. Sick chickens in the chest, feet, wings and abdominal all showed large bleeding spots. Young Poultry show severe anemia, or Curled up, beat shaking, or fast death. Therefore, if you already used the above drugs, the amount of vitamin K3 will have to increase as appropriate.

During Artificial Eggs hatching,  although the humidity requirements are not as strict as the temperature requirements, good humility control will be conducive to raising the hatching rate of eggs. How to control humility during eggs hatching?  Artificial humidity measures in egg hatching are described as follows:

Under normal circumstances, the relative humidity during hatching requires about 60% for the first seven days; 50 to 55% relative humidity for the second seven days, 65 to 70% relative humility for the eighteenth day and afterward. Due to the variety, season, and different hatching condition, The body weight of newborn chicks, , the majority of 68 + 2%, is the range of 60 to 75%.

Humidity is too high, hinder the removal of chicken embryo and urine evaporation, leaving the chicks a big belly, chicken body, egg yolk contains too much water, the body appears to be dull.

When the humidity is too low, the water in the egg will cause excessive evaporation. The chickens are lean, the muscles are not full, the feathers are too compact, and the individual is small. Therefore, proper humidity control is also necessary.

To do this is easy, the air is humid, natural humidity is higher, generally in the hatching season, indoor relative humidity higher than 70%, Please just put 4 water tray in the bottom of the electric incubator, with a total area of Three-quarters or two-thirds of the bottom of the hatchery, always keep the water tray with water.

When it is cold, please put warm water , while cold water when it is hot. Humidity has an impact on hatching  ability, but it is far less than the effect of temperature on hatchability.

Water is an indispensible factor that is of extrimely importance to the life of Chicken and animals during animal husbandry. Water consumption rate or level is affected when weather is too hot or water has excess minerals. There is a relationship between water consumption and feed consumption; i.e. both are interdependent. That is to say, the increase in feed intake will lead to the increase of water consumption.

There are other factors affecting water intake or consumption, such as genetics, health status, and housing system, drinker type as well as local temperature. Temperature will has the most obvious of all. For instance, when the environmental temperature is above 32 degree centigrade, chickens would consume 30-50% more water compared with when the temperature is 21 degree centigrade.

The type of drinker used in serving chickens and other poultry birds affects water intake. The rule of thumb is that water intake is typically 1.5-2 times feed intake. If chickens are sick, the water intake will reduce accordingly. A good housing system with good ventilation will have an increase of consumption in water, which will affect the health status of chickens.

How to Incubate Chicken Eggs (Temperature Control)? 

Temperature is a most important condition for hatching eggs, farmers must follow the below methods for temperature control.

1. Temperature range and the best temperature

Below a certain temperature, embryonic development will be inhibited, while higher than a certain temperature, the embryo began to develop. this temperature is called "physiological zero", also called the critical temperature. The physiological zero for chicken is generally believed to be about 23.9 degree centigrade; At the same time, embryo development has certain adaptability to the environment temperature. 

Take chicken as an example, When the temperature is between 35 and 40.5degree centigrade, some breeding eggs will be hatched into chickens. The optimum temperature is from of 35 to 40.5 degree centigrade, and the environment temperature should be kept between 24 and 26 degree centigrade.

The hatchery period will take 21 days, the best temperature for the first 18 days should be 37.8 degree centigrade in the incubator; the hatch period for shell breaking is from 19 days to 21 days, and the temperature is between 36.9 and 37.2 degree centigrade.

2. Environment temperature

Environment temperature has a certain impact on hatching, the Environment temperature mainly affects the accuracy of temperature control during hatching. In production, Environment temperature is considered according to different regions and different seasons. Incubation at constant temperature or at variable temperature will be determined according to the environment temperature.

Incubation at constant temperature or at variable temperature can both be properly obtained good results. Constant temperature Incubation can be done at a temperature of 1 to 19 days during incubation, such as 37.8 degree centigrade; while at 19-21 days 37.2 degree centigrade; Constant temperature incubation requires a higher Environment temperature , and it should keep at 22 to 26 degree centigrade, also with good ventilation.

For Variable temperature incubation, the temperature is provided according to the type of incubator, temperature in incubation chamber and day of embryonic development. If the environment temperature is below 20 degree centigrade, Incubation temperature can be 0.5 to 0.7 above optimum temperature; if the Environment temperature is above 30 degree centigrade,incubation temperature can be 0.2 to 0.6 below optimum temperature.
