So it is important for Broiler Farmers to know how many grams of food his broilers consume each day, because this will decide how big his purse will be in future.

A-1, Before10 days, food intake increase by 4grams per day,

For example: 7days broiler will take 7*4grams=28grams

A-2, 11 days—20 days. The food intake: [(Day-2)/10]*50grams

For example: 15 days chicken will take: [(15-2)/10]*50=65grams

A-3, 21days—30 days, the food intake: [(Day-1)/10]*50grams

For example: 26 days chicken will take: [(26-1)/10]*50=125grams

A-4, 30days-40 days, the food intake: (Day/10)*50grams

For example: 35 days chicken will take:35/10*50=175grams

A-5, After 40 days, the food intake is stable, about 200grams per day,

Why should we increase Vitamin C & Vitamin K3?
Vitamin K3 is a coenzyme of the clotting factor Y-carboxylase. If lack of Vitamin K3 in the body, clotting time will be prolonged, or severe bleeding, or even death. In addition to hemostasis, vitamin K3 has other pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, antidiarrheal, antipyretic, analgesic etc.

That is to say, the increase in feed intake will lead to the increase of water consumption.

There are other factors affecting water intake or consumption, such as genetics, health status, and housing system, drinker type as well as local temperature. Temperature will has the most obvious of all. For instance, when the environmental temperature is above 32 degree centigrade, chickens would consume 30-50% more water compared with when the temperature is 21 degree centigrade.

How to Incubate Chicken Eggs (Temperature Control)?

Temperature is a most important condition for hatching eggs, farmers must follow the below methods for temperature control.

1. Temperature range and the best temperature

Below a certain temperature, embryonic development will be inhibited, while higher than a certain temperature, the embryo began to develop. this temperature is called "physiological zero", also called the critical temperature. The physiological zero for chicken is generally believed to be about 23.9 degree centigrade; At the same time, embryo development has certain adaptability to the environment temperature.

Take chicken as an example, When the temperature is between 35 and 40.5degree centigrade, some breeding eggs will be hatched into chickens. The optimum temperature is from of 35 to 40.5 degree centigrade, and the environment temperature should be kept between 24 and 26 degree centigrade.

The hatchery period will take 21 days, the best temperature for the first 18 days should be 37.8 degree centigrade in the incubator; the hatch period for shell breaking is from 19 days to 21 days, and the temperature is between 36.9 and 37.2 degree centigrade.

2. Environment temperature
